Toddy Tapper's Punch

Recipe: Created for the launch of Ceylon Arrack by Bartenders at China Tang at The Dorchester

Ingredients

120ml Ceylon Arrack

40ml Sweet wine

60ml Claret wine

8 Slices of fresh orange

8 Dashes of Fee Brothers Orange Bitters

4 Cinnamon sticks

20ml Tea infused with Giffard Gomme syrup

Garnish: Quarter of a slice of orange

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients (except the garnish) in a bowl and leave overnight. Add ice, stir and serve in a tea cup. Garnish with a slice of orange.
