Ingredients

50ml Ceylon Arrack

3 tsp British marmalade

3 Slices of fresh orange

1 Maraschino cherry

1/2 Inch Fresh ginger

Garnish: Cinnamon stick and a ground cinnamon & sugar mix

Preparation

Prepare the rim of a Rocks glass with a light coating of ground cinnamon and sugar mix. Muddle the marmalade, ginger, cherry and fresh orange at the bottom of the glass. Fill up the glass with ice and add the Ceylon Arrack. Stir well until all of the ingredients are blended together. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
