Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients

 

50ml Santa Teresa Gran Reserva

3 tsp Vanilla syrup

1 tbsp Unsalted butter

3 Cloves

1 Star anise seed

Boiling water 

Preparation

Add all the ingredients except the water to a metal coffee mug. Stir well to break up the butter as best as possible. Top up with the boiling water and make sure the butter is fully dissolved.
