China Cooler

Ingredients

 

2-3 Verbena leaves

20ml Fresh lime juice

40ml China-China

100ml Tonic water

Garnish: Verbena sprig

Preparation

Press 2-3 Verbena leaves with a muddler. Fill a hi-ball glass with ice. Pour all of the ingredients (except the garnish) into the glass. Stir until the drink is well chilled. Garnish with the Verbena spring.
