2cm Fresh peeled cucumber

20ml Saké

20ml Giffard Ginger of the Indies

5ml Giffard Vanilla Syrup

Garnish: Slice of ginger


Muddle the cucumber into a cocktail shaker, then fill with ice. Pour all the ingredients (except the garnish) into the cocktail shaker and shake until well chilled. Double strain into a martini glass and garnish with ginger.
