Venezuelan Jam

Ingredients:

50ml Santa Teresa Rhum Orange

2 bsp Apricot Jam

12.5ml Lime Juice

1 bsp white sugar

12.5ml Orange Juice

1 Dash Fee Brothers Orange Bitters

Garnish: Orange Peel Twist

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake hard. Strain into a cocktail glass or jam jar and top up with crushed ice. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
