Summer Berry Mojito

Ingredients:

37.5ml Santa Teresa Gran Reserva Rum

12.5ml Chambord

2 bsp summer berry jam

1 bsp white sugar

12.4ml lime juice

1 lime wedge

Splash of Soda Water

Handful of Mint

Garnish: Mint Sprig, Raspberry, Strawberry Half

Preparation:

Muddle the lime wedge, mint and sugar in the bottom of a cocktail glass. Add all other ingredients except the soda water to the glass and top up with crushed ice. Churn until well mixed. Top the glass up with soda water and add more crushed ice if needed. Garnish with the mint sprig, raspberry and strawberry.
