Ingredients:

20ml Santa Teresa Claro

25ml Santa Teresa Selecto

10ml Santa Teresa Rhum Orange

10ml Giffard Orgeat (Almond) Syrup

Barspoon of Gomme

Garnish: Lime Wedge & Sprig of Mint

Preparation:

Hand squeeze the limes into an ice filled shaker. Add the ingredients, shake and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
