Giffard Cocktail Workshop 2012

Ingredients:

30ml Portobello Road Gin

30ml Giffard Fleur de Sureau Sauvage

50ml Apple Juice

60ml Ginger Beer

Garnish: Orange Zest Twist & Lavender Sprig

Preparation:

Fill a hi ball glass with ice then pour all the ingredients into the glass. Stir until the drink is well chilled. Garnish with the orange peel twisted over the drink and add the lavender.
