Gen-Ger Rum

Giffard Cocktail Workshop 2012

Ingredients:

30ml Fresh Lime Juice

50ml Genepi Grand Tetras

20ml Santa Teresa Claro Rum

2 Teaspoons Honey 

Garnish: Ginger Slices & Lime Peel

Preparation:

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Rim the glass with a piece of ginger. Garnish with ginger and lime peel.
