Giffard Cocktail Workshop 2012

Ingredients:

40ml Portobello Road Gin

20ml Fleur de Sureau Sauvage

15ml Giffard Fresh Lemon Juice

10ml Sirop de The Bergamot

Garnish: Lemon Twist

Preparation:

Pour all the ingredients into the cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the lemon peel twisted over the drink.
