Cuban Thyme

Giffard Cocktail Workshop 2012

Ingredients:

40ml Cuban Rum

30ml Bigallet Thyme Liqueur

15ml Giffard Mangalore

30ml Fresh Lime Juice

15ml Honey Syrup

Garnish: Fresh Raspberries & Thyme Sprig

Preparation:

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a hi ball glass filled with ice. Garnish with the fresh raspberries and thyme.
