Coco Mojito

Ingredients:

37.5ml Santa Teresa Claro

12.5ml Malibu

25ml Coco Real

12.5ml Lime Juice

1 Lime Wedge

2 Bsp white sugar

Splash of soda water

Handfull of mint

Garnish: Mint Sprig

Preparation:

Muddle the lime wedge, mint and white sugar in the bottom of a cocktail glass. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the soda and fill with crushed ice. Churn until mixed thoroughly. Top up with the soda and more crushed ice if needed, garnish with a mint sprig.
