Citron Cooler

Ingredients:

50ml Santa Teresa Claro Rum

2 bsp white sugar

Half a lemon in slices

Garnish: Lemon Slice

Preparation:

Muddle the lemon slices with the sugar in the bottom of a cocktail glass. Add the rum and fill the glass with crushed ice, churn until mixed. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
