Apricot Julep

Ingredients

8 Fresh mint leaves

20ml Giffard Abricot du Roussillon Premium Liqueur

30ml Louis Royer VSOP Cognac

Garnish: Lime peel and an apricot

Preparation

Muddle the mint leaves in the base of the Old Fashioned glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice then pour in the rest of the ingredients (except the garnish). Stir until well chilled. Twist the lime peel and place it into the glass as a garnish and place the apricot on the side of the glass.
